Terms of Service——Governing Law

      These Terms of Service, and any dispute, claim, or contractual or non-contractual obligation arising out of or relating to your use of this Website, all purchases, transactions, and disputes between the Store and the Customer, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

     The Parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding the validity, termination, interpretation, or breach of these Terms.

     The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded and shall not apply to any transactions conducted through this Website.
